Chris Sale takes the mound for Atlanta against Los Angeles in NLDS Game 3 on Tuesday, squaring off against Yoshinobu Yamamoto in a pitching duel MLB.com calls the first of its kind in 88 years. The Braves held Sale back specifically for this start, a move CBS Sports said worked out for Atlanta.

The Dodgers answered by dropping Shohei Ohtani from his usual lineup spot to fifth ahead of the game. Los Angeles enters trying to figure out how to solve Sale, who has been in strong form since Atlanta kept him fresh for this start in the series.
